THE FEMINOLOGY METHOD

Over the last 4 years I’ve developed a process for my one-on-one clients that's designed to get to the heart of your acne so that you can heal your skin for the long-haul. It's called The Feminology Method. This process takes you from confused about your acne to having confidence in the approach we are going to take to heal it.

Root Cause Assessment

We rigorously identify the root causes of your acne in our initial consultation using the 360 Acne Assessment Form and functional lab testing. We'll analyse various functional markers in combination with your symptom picture, health history, dietary and lifestyle factors to get to know you.

Your Naturopathic Plan

After we've learned everything we need to know, we build your plan. The recommendations are unique to you and include custom herbal medicines, supplements, nutritional adjustments, lifestyle advice and topicals. We also keep your lifestyle in mind to ensure our recommendations are achievable.

Follow-up & Adapt

During the healing process you’ll start to experience improvements in your symptoms. Usually, these symptoms will start to improve before your skin does. We’ll continue to check-in, adapt and adjust your plan to keep you on track to achieve your skin transformation, which usually takes about 4-8 months.

Monthly one-on-one support

Initial Month

  • Initial one-on-one consultation which includes a review of your 360 acne assessment form, 3-day food intake diary and lifestyle assessment. We'll discuss and organise your functional lab tests for you to complete to gain further insight into your acne root cause(s). Receive your initial Naturopathic Plan.
  • Follow-up one-on-one to review your functional lab results in detail, and receive your full Naturopathic Plan incl. custom herbal medicine prescription, dietary advice, supplement protocol, topicals and lifestyle recommendations.

Following months

  • Two follow-up one-on-one calls per month to check-in and discuss the evolution to the next phase of your Naturopathic Plan. These sessions are an opportunity to assess progress, work through challenges and make adjustments.

Final month

  • Goodbye strategy call to discuss your maintenance plan.

How much does it cost per month?

The investment to work with Charlotte can be discussed during your FREE Discovery Call. We will first discuss your skin issues, the obstacles that have been keeping you stuck and if you'd be a good fit for one-on-one coaching. If so, we'll discuss the different payment options best suited for you. Payment plans are available.  

Are functional lab tests included?

Yes, there is a HTMA test included in the program. You also have access to a wide range of functional tests. We can build them into your program price or you can pay for them as you go. There are a range of tests we often run in our clinic such as; Blood chemistry, DUTCH hormones, GI Map, Food Intolerance test, Organic acids, Methylation panel, Hair Mineral Analysis (HTMA), SIBO breath test, Iodine test and more.

How long will it take to see results?

Typically with acne depending on the severity it can take between 4-8 months to achieve a skin transformation. For this very reason our clients usually stay within our one-on-one program for between 4-8 months on average.  

How do I know it's for me?

Are herbal medicines included?

Yes. Custom herbal medicine prescriptions are formulated at the Feminology Dispensary to treat your personal health complaints. They are formulated with the highest quality herbal medicines that use biodynamic methods to ensure the highest potency and efficacy. Your herbal tinctures are prepared for you and shipped to your door monthly.

Can I join if I don't live in the UK?

Our one-on-one solutions are currently available only for UK clients. We hope to expand to other countries soon.
